In his letter to the United Nations Security Council (UNSC), Riyad Mansour said once again we urge the international community, especially the UNSC, to do its responsibility as regard peace and security and implementing legal commitments.

Peace and security will be established only if regulations are implemented and human rights are respected, he said.

Israeli occupier should respond for the military crimes, government’s terrorist acts and systematic violation of human rights, he added.

The letter has been issued in the wake of Palestinians’ protests in Gaza Strip called ‘March of Return’.

According to Palestine Health Ministry, four Palestinians were killed and 645 others were injured during the 4th week of March of Return protests in Gaza Strip.

Scores of Palestinians have so far been killed and over 3,000 others were injured in March of Return protests.

Mansour also filed complaints over Israeli soldiers preventing to transfer injured people to hospital.

The UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process Nikolay Mladenov also earlier described as shameful Targeting Palestinian kids by Israeli snipers.
