In an interview with IRNA, Syed Tahir Hussain Mashhadi said that the attack was conducted against a country which is very peaceful.
At least 25 people were killed and more than 60 others injured during Saturday morning terror attack in Ahvaz, capital of Khuzestan Province, in southwestern Iran.
The self-proclaimed Saudi-affiliated Al-Ahwaz terrorist group claimed the responsibility for the attack.
Syed Tahir Hussain Mashhadi expressing his views said Iran is not threatening any country in the world and they are not threatening the world peace or region and suddenly these barbaric animal like people caused so much death and injury to innocent people in Iran.
“This attack has to be condemned not only by all the peace loving people of the world but US, Zionist Regime and Saudi Arabia which encourage such acts all over the world,” he said.
The politician added that these countries encourage such attacks in Libya, Tunisia, Bahrain, Iraq, Syria, Iran and Afghanistan.
“This has to stop, any attempt to change government in any country of the world is illegal and against international laws and international treaties,” the former MP said.
Mashhadi added that these kinds of tactics will not succeed against Iran which is a peace loving country and abiding all international laws and treaties. “It is highly condemnable what has happened,” he said.
He said everybody knows that who is behind this act and all the terrorism in the world and the ideology which has entered into the Islamic world and brought a very bad name to Islam is originated from Wahabi Islam.
“Militant teachings have emerged out of Saudi Arabia and Arab states either fear Saudi Arabia or they are dominated by Saudi Arabia seemed to be on the same side at the moment,” the political leader said.
He added that the world has now become a global village and financial aspects have overtaken all sense of international morality and justice that is why the Europe has not blacklisted Al-Ahwaz terrorist group.
Mashhadi said that Muslims unfortunately are satisfying their enemies by fighting among themselves.
Earlier Pakistan Foreign Ministry in a statement had strongly condemned terrorist attack saying Pakistan condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Dr Mohammad Faisal in his tweet message said, 'Our deepest condolences to the families who have lost their loved ones in this heinous attack.'
