Official: Violation of int’l rules on landlocked waters harmful

He referred to recent remarks made by President Hassan Rouhani on construction of some 22 dams, and wrote on his twitter page that interaction among neighboring states should be based on common interests and ignoring such interests and violation of international rules and regulations on waters will not be in the interest of the landlocked countries.
