No Iranian arrested in Afghanistan

In a statement on Wednesday, the Iranian consulate said no official authority has yet talked to the Iranian consulate on the issue and no link to that end has yet been established.
Based on the international conventions and norms, the diplomatic representative office of the country should be informed of the country's national(s), if any, arrested in another country so that it can clarify identity of the arrested individual, read the statement.
Herat police claimed on Tuesday that three Iranians were arrested.
