As the three peace guarantors, Iran, Russia and Turkey have already held five rounds of Astana format Syria peace talks in the Kazakh capital.
In the fourth round of talks, the participating countries and warring sides agreed to create four de-escalation zones in Idlib province, northern parts of Homs, Eastern Ghouta near Damascus and the south of the country.
During the fifth round of Astana talks which was held on July 4-5, participants have reached an agreement on formation of a Committee of National Reconciliation to halt the Syrian crisis.

'We will see whether by that time the international momentum may be able to actually push all sides to finally sit in the same room and start talking about substance.' he was quoted as saying by the US news channel.
De Mistura pointed to fact that holding talks on Syria has been on the agenda since early days, saying a political, diplomatic solution is the only way to address the Syria crisis.
The Syrian delegation has expressed its readiness to attend the upcoming meeting, he said.
