Referring to the impact of the I979 Islamic Revolution on domestic and international arena, Mousavi invited Iranians to participate in the 40th victory anniversary of the Islamic Revolution.

He added that people’s attendance indicates their vigilance and the emergence of national unity.

The 10-day period from the Imam Khomeini's return on February 1, 1979, until the revolution’s victory on February 11 is celebrated in Iran annually and is dubbed as the 'Ten-Day Fajr (Dawn)'.
