Jazayeri recalled the US act to target Iranian passenger plane in July 3, 1988 killing all 290 men, women and children on board as the blatant violation of human rights and shame on the US administration of ex-president Ronald Reagan who conferred medal of valour to the captain of the US warship which fired missiles on the Airbus airplane.
IranAir Flight 655 was shot down by the USS Vincennes, a US Navy Ticonderoga class cruiser, over the Persian Gulf.
Jazayeri described the US human rights as 'tragic story of mankind in the contemporary history.'
He said over the past century's history testifies that the US governments perpetrated major human rights violations through their interventions in the four corners of the world and for military build-up and aggression on other states.
He added that Iranian nation has been subject to inhumane measures and policies of the United States, an instance of which being the USS Vincennes attack.
The Iranian official then said the US has been defying freedom, security and health of mankind by not adhering to religion and non-observing morality and spirituality.
He said that nations and communities consider the main cause of the ongoing crisis as the US human rights and culture.
Jazayeri said the US government should make up for the injustice and the crimes they perpetrated against mankind.
