An extremist group called Daesh has spoiled Islamic countries' energy and provided opportunity for the enemies, he added.
Larijani stressed on the need to develop economic and trade ties to bring nations closer together.
Addressing the meeting, Pashazade said that it is Muslims' duty to stand against those who misuse Islam.
