Iran’s western borders enjoy full security: Official

Touring zero border of Gilangharb late on Thursday, Asadollah Razani said that there is no place for concern on the provincial borders as the armed forces and border guards are closely watching them.

Following full deployment of armed forces along the provincial borders, any move across the borders is closely monitored, he said.

Given the existing sensitivities beyond the Iraqi borders, any movement along the border line is under control, he said, noting that any suspicious move will receive strong response.

There is no place for concern as the armed forces shoulder ensuring security on the border lines, Razani said.
