Iran's parliament speaker criticizes Takfiri ideology of Daesh

Ali Larijani made the remarks during his opening address to Majlis' Sunday session.

He expressed condolences over beheading of the Iranian military advisor Mohsen Hojajji by Daesh terrorists in Syria.

'Those terrorists who have made heinous act to kill Hojajji also launched terrorist attack in Afghanistan and killed scores of innocent people,' Larijani said.

Referring to the origin of such adventurous acts by terrorists, he pointed to the Zionist Regime's 33-day war against Lebanese Hezbollah and the resistance front, saying they shifted their way to create terrorist conflicts in the Islamic countries.

Following a US strike against the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces (Hashd al-Shaabi), Daesh seized the opportunity to attack the Syrian troops deployed along the borders with Iraq in which Hojajji, an Iranian military advisor was taken hostage by the terrorist group elements and beheaded later on camera.

According to the governor of Sar-e Pol province in Afghanistan Mohammad Zaher Vahdat, Taleban and Daesh groups have taken 150 families hostage on August 6 and are killing them one after another. He added that some 50 hostages have been killed by the terrorists so far.
