Zarif noted that the Saudi officials threaten Iran to war and on the day of Tehran terror attack, the Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir released a threatening tweet against Islamic Republic.

Earlier on June 7, twin simultaneous attacks hit the Iranian parliament and Mausoleum of Imam Khomeini south of Tehran, killing 17 and wounding 52 more. Daesh (the ISIS terrorist group) has claimed responsibility for the fatal attacks in Tehran.

Elsewhere in his remarks, the foreign minister referred to the martyrdom of several people in Iran's border region with Pakistan in recent attacks, adding that terrorists are using the neighbors’ soil to attack Iran territory.

Iran has a transparent foreign policy and Islamic Republic has always supported regional security, Zarif added.
