Iran Majlis speaker: Anti-US legislation just first step

The committee monitoring implementation of the nuclear deal has agreed to consider 16 more measures against the United States,' Ali Larijani said.

If Americans, in violation of the nuclear deal, impose sanctions on Iran, the Iranian government, according to article 10 of the anti-US legislation, is obliged to take due measures to counter Washington both in nuclear and non-nuclear spheres, Larijani said.

He stressed that Majlis also will keep under watch US moves and react accordingly if necessary.
