Iran, Kazakhstan discuss Syrian crisis

Jaberi Ansari, heading the Iranian delegation in Astana talks on Syria, discussed Syrian crisis with Kazakh foreign minister.

In the meeting, both sides discussed the latest developments in Astana conference on Syrian-Syrian negotiations hosted by Kazakhstan where they studied current efforts to help resolve Syrian crisis.

Kazakh foreign minister praised the efforts made by the Iranian delegation in the fifth round of Syrian negotiations in Astana.

Based on the agreement reached in the meeting, the upcoming meeting at experts' level will be held on August 1-2 and the six Astana conference will be held in the last week of August 2017 in Astana, capital of Kazakhstan.
