He referred to certain Arab countries' role in war on Yemen and noted that the quartet committee's member-states are responsible for the catastrophic situation in Yemen.
Iran has helped the regional countries upon their requests and non-intervention policy is part of Iran's foreign policy doctrine, the diplomat said.
He urged the Arab committee to respond to Iran's initiatives for dialogue in the region to resolve the problems.
