Iran condemns Friday terrorist attack in Afghanistan

Qasemi sympathized with the Afghan government and nation as well as families of the victims of the 'inhumane and terrorist incident'.

Underlining the need for establishment of peace, stability and security across the region, particularly in Afghanistan, the spokesman said that avoiding to intervene by the US and foreign forces and negotiations among all Afghan groups with the country’s National Unity government are the only ways to abandon the problem.

A Taliban suicide attack on a military base in Mazar-i-Sharif, the capital city of northern Balkh province, left 130 soldiers dead with 60 others wounded.
