Iran, Armenia to boost cultural ties

Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Abbas Salehi and his Armenian counterpart Armen Amirian held talks in Tehran and expressed readiness to enhance bilateral transaction in cultural fields.

The Iranian Minister said that cultural and art cooperation can pave the way for the two countries to get closer to each other.

Salehi also referred to the 'good, increasing ties' between the two countries and said that the relations would be deepened thanks to new culturl agreements made between Iran and Armenia.
