Iran, Armenia ink MoU to boost academic cooperation

The cooperation document would promote collaboration between Iranian and Armenian scientific, research and academic centers.

The five-year MoU will facilitate cooperation between Tehran and Yerevan in fields of scientific and technological parks and knowledge-based enterprises, execution of joint projects, holding scientific forums, granting mutual scholarships as well as exchanging academics.

Iranian science minister is expected to meet with Minister of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources of Armenia Ashot Manukyan in his three-day visit to the country.

Iranian science minister wrapped up his two-day visit to Georgia on Thursday evening and arrived in Yerevan.
