Iran adopts correct policy against terrorism: Majlis speaker

Speaking in a local ceremony on Thursday evening in the town of Fooman in north of the country, Larijani noted that if Iran had not helped Syrian and Iraqi governments against terrorists and Iran’s military advisors (defenders of shrines) had not made sacrifices, Iran’s streets were not now safe.

He also called for paying attention to empowerment of national economy, noting that it has a key role in resisting foreign pressures.

Larijani called for boosting national unity and cautioned against sewing discord.
