Iran abolishes capital punishment for drug-traffickers

Parliament News Agency quoted Norouzi, the spokesman of Majlis Judicial Commission, as saying that capital punishment has been abolished for those producing, distributing, dealing or importing narcotic drugs provided they have not used hot or cold weapons.
