In a meeting with Turkish Ambassador to Iran Derya Ors on Wednesday, he called for promoting bilateral relations in the economic, political, regional and international arenas, saying that the Islamic Republic of Iran and Turkey have always been alongside each other in difficult times and nothing can create obstacle in the way of their cordial and friendly relations.
“There are wide-scale and diverse areas of cooperation between the two countries, and we are determined to further improve trade and banking ties,” he said.
Underlining the necessity for implementing agreements reached between the two countries, Vaezi said that good deal have been reached which can give an impetus to Tehran-Ankara relations if they are implemented.
Turkish envoy, for his part, presented a report on his plans in line with activating capacities for boosting mutual collaboration, ensuring that he will mobilize all his efforts to further consolidate ties with the Islamic Republic.
