Gaza casualties on Quds Day hit 624

Thousands of Palestinians arrived in Gaza Strip after Friday congregational prayers to take part in the 11th Friday of Big March of Return.

Zionist forces suppressed Palestinians demonstrating peacefully on Friday.

Palestine Health Ministry announced that Friday’s clashes between demonstrators and Zionist troops in eastern Gaza left four killed and 620 injured, seven of them in critical conditions.

This week’s rallies were of special significance given its coincidence with Quds Day on the last Friday of fasting month of Ramadan.

Israeli troops used live fire or tear gas against protesters at the Gaza border to disperse ralliers, as a result of which dozens of Palestinians including several children were suffocated.

Big March of Return which started as of March 30 has so far left 134 dead and over 14,000 wounded.
