Envoy: Daesh distracts Muslims' attention from Palestine issue

Addressing a meeting of Islamic Associations in Germany, Ali Majedi said that Iran is committed to fight extremism, violence and support Palestinians' rights.

Despite the existence of different opinions about regional issues, it is worth noting that the only way to fight extremism and terrorism and to create security and stability is nothing but regional cooperation, the ambassador opined.

Stressing that Iran's foreign policy is to develop ties with all countries especially Muslim ones, Majedi said that interaction, respect for the principles of national sovereignty, territorial integrity of the countries and the attempt to remove conflicts will lead to creating a sustainable peace.
