Cleric: Enemies concerned about Muslims unity

Addressing the graduation ceremony held on Friday for 397 Sunni male and female seminary students in Iranshahr city, Manouchehr Mottaki referred to developments in the region and the enemies' efforts in making discord and sedition among Muslims, saying that Islamic nations should be aware of enemies' tricks.

'Islam is the religion of love, compassion and brotherhood not discord and conflict,' he said.

He referred to unity of Muslims as the key to their victory.

'Enemies of Islam especially the US and the Zionist regime have put Islamophobia on the agenda,' he added.

During the event, the Prayer Leader of Makki Mosque in Zahedan Molavi Abdol Hamid Ismaeelzahi emphasized the fact that Islam is the religion of moderation, compassion and brotherhood, saying that extremism, Takfirism and superstition are not wecomed in Islam.
