Talking to IRNA, International Lawyer and member of Geneva Institute for International Studies Reza Nasri said Iran should adopt a policy based on positive balance between UK and EU to utilize the hidden chance of Brexit.
'Even if the UK is a member of the Europe Union or not, this European country is responsible towards the correct implementation of JCPOA legally.'
'Under the JCPOA, the UN Security Council Resolution 2231, the UK is considered as one the responsible sides which is independent and a member of E3, comprised of Britain, France and Germany,' he added.
On June 24, majority of Britons voted to leave the 28-member bloc after 43 years of membership.
This comes as some 51.90 percent of British voters opted to leave the EU, while roughly 48.10 percent of people voted to stay in the union.
