Enemies are using all their capabilities to destabilize the country, but all their scenarios are doomed to failure, Chief of staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Major General Mohammad Baqeri said in a local ceremony.

He noted that Iran's armed forces have achieved ultimate and effective deterrent to enemy threats.

The commander lauded the high-level security in the country.
