8 killed, 25 injured in Kabul blast

At 7:45 (local time) this morning, a suicide bomber targeted the foreign tanks at Adbul Haq Intersection, near the US embassy in Kabul.

Eyewitnesses told IRNA that one tank was damaged and 3 civilian cars burned in the explosion.

No group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack, but Taliban had already announced that in their spring offensive, named ‘Mansoori’, they are going to carry out more suicide attacks on foreign militaries in Afghanistan.

The US embassy in Kabul had warned yesterday about the possible attacks of Taliban on civilians and foreign nationals in the Afghan capital and the other provinces of Afghanistan.
