Several mega intl. petchem contracts to be signed

“Several big contracts will soon be signed with well-reputed international companies for certain petrochemical projects and facilities,' said Bosaqzadeh on Wednesday.

He said talks with well-reputed foreign companies are in favorable conditions and the Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) signed with some of the companies recently, will soon be finalized and in case conditions are met, they will lead to contracts.

Bosaqzadeh added that European countries along with their Asian rivals are interested in presence in the Iranian petrochemical industries.

Talks are underway with the countries under support of the Ministry of Petroleum.

“Such contracts can lead to development in Iranian petrochemical industry and undoubtedly, cooperation and engagement between government and Majlis will be influential in achieving the pre-set goals.”
