Speaking to reporters, Nobakht said Iran's Sixth five-year Development Plan is focused on four issues, one of the most important of which is the environment.
Nobakht, also the head of Iran's Plan and Budget Organization, said that by allocating some 8,500 billion rials, (around 80 million euro) Anzali Wetland can be revived within three years.
In the meantime, Head of Iran's Environmental Protection Organization (IEPO) Isa Kalantari said that President Rouhani has tasked the Organization to urgently deal with serious issues related to the environment.
With the modern technologies, Iran can revive Anzali Wetland with less than 3% of the presupposed budgets in three or four years, Kalantari said.
