Practical plan for expansion of Iran-China economic ties urged

Jahangiri told a group of officials that China is a major trade partner of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

He said promotion of commercial and economic cooperation with China is among main pivotlines of Iranian policy, so efforts need to be made for lifting impediments on the way of expansion of economic and trade relations between Tehran and Beijing.

He emphasized that clear direction and definite framework need to be drawn for the expansion of commercial and economic ties with China.
