Polish ambassador: JCPOA triples Iran-Poland economic relations

Establishment of direct flight between Tehran-Warsaw helps improve current level of relations, he said.

Addressing a group of businessmen and industrialists in Qazvin, he said Iran and Poland maintained their amicable and peaceful relations in the past five centuries which is very valuable for Warsaw.

Iran and Poland can broaden volume of trade exchanges directly and without relying on the third party, he said.

Polish economy has grown four folds over past 25 years as some 80 percent of the country’s economy is in the hands of the private sector, he said.

After sound implementation of the JCPOA and removal of economic sanctions the volume of trade exchanges between the two countries increased three folds as statistics indicate exports from Iran to Poland has increased 80 percent, he said.

Iran has achieved significant developments in scientific fields, the ambassador said.
