Markazi prov exports aluminium worth $146m in one year

The most aluminium shipments were exported to Armenia, Tunisia, Italy, Azerbaijan and Romania, Deputy Head of Markazi Industry, Mine and Trade Organization for Foreign Trade Development Affairs Jafar Asghari told the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) on Sunday.

The total volume of Iran's aluminium exports was $ 316m last year and Markazi Province had 46% share of it, he said.

Over $ 1.9b of non-oil products were also exported from Markazi Province which showed a 24% growth compared with the previous year.

In addition to aluminium, petrochemical products, glass, artificial fiber, pistachio, meat, tile and ceramics, plants, moisture insulation, fish, dairy products, raisins, fridge, plaster and paint were also exported.
