Iran's new business visa facilitation hailed in Pakistan

Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) President Abdul Basit in a meeting with Iranian Consul General Mohammad Bani Assadi has said the LCCI warmly welcomes the long-awaited development as it will go a long way in consolidating trade connections between the two countries.

The development came when Iranian President Hassan Rouhani visited Pakistan to participate in the 13th Economic Coordination Organization (ECO) conference in Islamabad. The visit is a clear example of strong cordial relations between the two countries.

Thanking the LCCI leader, Iranian Consul General said the business communities in the two countries need to increase interaction to share their experiences in the larger interests of the people of the two brotherly countries.
