Surely, Iran can fight off the challenge of sanctions by regulating the government's financial behavior, resisting the excessive demands and taking decisive action against corruption, Iranian Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance (MEAF) Masoud Karbasian said in a message.

The official referred to President Hassan Rouhani's recent remarks in the state TV about the government's economic program and described the future of Iranian economy as brilliant.

The US President Donald Trump announced on May 8 that Washington would pull out of Iran nuclear deal and re-impose nuclear sanctions on the country.

This is while most world powers, including Russia, China, and the European Union have repeatedly stressed that keeping the deal is in the interest of the world peace and security.
