Iran, Qatar to boost economic cooperation

The meeting to review agriculture market was held in the wake of the trip taken by head of Trade Promotion Organization of Iran to Qatar, Managing Director of Trade Promotion Organization of Iran for agriculture products exports Mahmoud Bazari said.

The meeting aimed to discuss ways to maintain economic relations, trade development, agreements between both sides and political and economic conditions, he said.

He urged Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines to provide suitable capacities to promote maritime transportation.

He also pointed to banking relations and agreements as important.

The meeting was held with the attendance of Head of Trade Promotion Organization of Iran Mojtaba Khosrotaj, Iranian envoy in Qatar Sobhani and Managing Director of Iran International Exhibition Company Hossein Esahbodi.
