Iran, Pakistan holding joint border trade committee meeting in Zahedan

The meeting of the 5th joint border trade committee is being held with participation of delegations from Iran's Sistan-Baluchestan Province and Pakistan's Balochistan Province.

Iranian delegation is led by chairman of the industry, mine and trade organization of the province Nader Mirshekar and the Pakistani side is headed by the province's Customs Governor Saeed Khan Jadoon.

Jadoon, in the meeting, said the provincial officials of the two sides should make efforts to improve the conditions of the two provinces.

Mirshekar, for his part, stressed the importance of making investment in two provinces to foster development.

The fourth meeting of Iran-Pakistan joint border trade committee was held in Pakistan's Quetta last year.
