Speaking to IRNA on the sidelines of his meeting with his Iraqi counterpart Thamir Ghadhban during a tour of to Energy Industries Engineering and Design (EIED), on Sunday, he elaborated on the price of Iran's gas exports to Iraq which stands at about $ 1b.
He added that the Central Bank of Iran is supposed to follow up the process of receiving Iran gas exports debt.
Zangeneh also said that the Iranian companies are able to participate in implementation of projects in Iraq.
He went on to note that a number of Iraqi firms are to visit Iran to exchange experiences.
Iranian companies enjoy various potentials in oil, gas and petrochemical fields to maintain cooperation with Iraq, Zangeneh said.
He also described Iraq as a developing country which enjoys tremendous grounds for cooperation.
