Iran, France hold joint agricultural committee meeting

The event was held with attendance of deputy agriculture ministers of Iran and France, ex-agriculture minister of France and some other officials.

The committee is to discuss both countries cooperation in livestock, fishery and seed fields.

Both sides are also supposed to sign four cooperation documents.

Iran attended the meeting as honorary guest of France live stocks exhibition.

About 130 Iranian firms participated in the event and Iran Ministry of Agriculture Jihad owns a stall to showcase Iran's capabilities in agriculture field.

Iranian delegation aims at promoting cooperation in livestock and fishery fields.
