Iran, Afghanistan, India deem Chabahar Port as significant

The Head of the Iranian Foreign Ministry's Educational and International Research Center Mohammad-Kazem Sajjadpour, Head of Afghan Strategic Studies Center Davood Moradian, and Head of the Indian Defense Ministry's Defense Studies Center Jayant Perasad attended the meeting.

They said studies should be conducted to put the goal into operation.

Sajjadpour said the meetings can bring the researchers of the three countries closer to each other and leave positive impact on the expansion of trilateral relations.

To a question by BBC on Iran-Afghan dispute on water, he said Afghanistan and Iran are two close neighbors and can solve problems through dialogue.
