$3.124bn foreign investment last year

Addressing the specialized seminar of production and exports in Semnan Province Mohammad Khazaie said that in the year 1395 (2016-17), more than $ 3.124 billion foreign investments was channeled into the country through banking system.

Khazaie said such a bulk of investment was made in free trade zones and provinces, showing high level of security in Iran and trust of investors.
