
Associate Member of the Islamic Republic of Iran's Academy of Medical Sciences said, 'In order to complete the international nuclear medicine reference book 'Clinical Nuclear Medicine', I had the book published'.
Professor Majid Assadi told reporters that the writing of the Nuclear Medicine Reference Book lasted seven years, and the publication of this book was conducted by the prestigious Springer publications and is available internationally to applicants.
He noted, 'The book is compiled as Board Review and is published in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding with Springer International, which was signed in Austria last year.
Member of the Supreme Council of the American Society for Cardiovascular Affairs added, 'This book is the most comprehensive book on the readiness of specialized nuclear medicine and related disciplines.'
He said, 'The book has nine chapters and 133 sub-chapters, compiled on 834 pages.'
Asadi stressed, 'The design of the chapters of this book is in a way that the reader, by studying each sub-chapter, can have a general overview of nuclear medicine in basic principles, clinical and pharmaceutical sciences and physics'.
He added that two major nuclear medicine professors who had a history of writing several international reference books participated in the writing.
