University of Tehran ready to develop cultural ties with China

“The literature college of Tehran University is interested in exchanging students and professors with foreign languages college of Beijing University,” Abdolmajid Eskandari said Saturday in a meeting held to mark 60th anniversary of establishing Persian language department in Beijing University.

“Both universities have so far signed MoUs in various fields,” he added

“As two big civilizations, Iran and China have always had friendly relations,” Eskandari noted.

The Persian Language course was established in 1957 in Beijing University.
