Hamid-Reza Parsa, an official at the Sistan-Baluchestan airports, told IRNA that the Turkish plane took off from Istanbul en route to Vietnam, but it had to make an emergency landing here because one of the passengers was not in good health conditions.
Before the landing, medical team and emergency services’ officials were present here to treat the patient, Parsa said.
The patient was transferred to the nearest hospital after medical examination, the official added.
The plane is now at the Zahedan International Airport and will fly to Vietnam when the patient feels better and the plane gets due permits, Parsa announced.
