According to the report of seismography center affiliated to Tehran University Geophysics Institute, the tremor occurred at 02:29:34 hours local time (21:59:34 hours GMT) and its epicenter was at 44.45 degrees longitude and 38.44 degrees latitude and in depth of 10 kilometers underground.
Qutour distract is in Khoy city and has common border with Turkey.
There is no immediate report on possible casualty or damage.
