Little girl beaten up by merciless stepfather in coma

The poor girl was transferred to emergency department of the hospital on Thursday and hospitalized immediately, he said.

Doctors identified the effects of multiple injuries due to beating up the little girl on the abdomen, head and face; early photographs showed broken legs, pelvic fractures and brain hemorrhage, he said.

The little girl in now in ICU to receive further treatment.

After having a quarrel with the mother of the poor girl, the stepfather beat up the girl several times on the ground leading to sever damages and brain death.

The girls lacks vital signs and kept alive only with aid of medical devices, he said.

Police has arrested the merciless stepfather and investigation on the case is underway.
