Lightning kills two in western Iran

The First incident took place in Lakān Village, near the city of Khomein in Markazi Province western Iran, where two young shepherds pasturing their sheep were hit by lightening.

One of the men was killed on the spot and the other was rushed to the hospital.

In a similar incident, a 60-year old man was hit by lightning working on his fields out of the village near the town of Sarabeleh, 35 kilometers from the provincial capital Ilam in west of the country.
