IRGC accuses dual national woman of attempting anti-government acts

The statement said that she was arrested upon arrival in Tehran on intelligence tip-off about affiliation to a media network involved in anti-government acts.
It said that she was arrested on April 3 by IRGC at Imam Khomeini international airport and was sent to Kerman prison.
The statement said that she was working for UK media involved in propaganda campaign against Iranian government.
She was head of one of the main opponent institutes under advocacy of UK media and carried out espionage for several years, the statement said.
The IRGC statement said that the news agencies affiliated to arrogant states mainly Britain are making their utmost to advocate her and make a media hype to dissuade IRGC revolutionary forces, but to no avail.
It said that the IRGC security forces have identified such teams and individuals and busted them. Details of such operations will be revealed on due time but the enemies and ill-wishers should bear in mind that IRGC security forces have full command on their activities and will deal a blow on them with no hesitation, it said.
Nazanin Zaghari, during her arrest is now kept in Kerman prison and has regular contacts with her family by phones or in person, it said.
The statement said that her lawsuit has been sent to the judiciary office in Tehran and IRGC security forces are conducting complementary investigations about her acts.
