Iranian film ‘The Mirror’ screened in Pakistan

The movie was shown at Pakistan National Institute for Folk and Traditional Heritage (Lok Virsa) by the Mandwa Film Club in Islamabad.

A good number of people of different age groups watched the movie with great interest. The audience appreciated the quality of the movie, terming it a masterpiece.

The film is about a little girl trying to find her way home from school. The film is meant to show how “reality and the imagination are intertwined, they are very similar”. The film also had won many international awards.

Iranian cinema has been one of the main enthralling and appealing cinema industry in the world and has gained special status among the world’s cinema industry with its unique and innovative film directing techniques.

Iranian films are regularly shown in different Pakistani cities in which people show keen interest.
