The leader of the band said on Tuesday the band plans to play Kurdish pieces along with a well-known Indian piece called Khwaja Mere Khwaja.

Kaliveh's envoy to India said the band will not limit itself to participate in the festival and it intends to collaborate with Indian singers and musicians.

The one-week festival is to take place from December 5 to 12.
