The event took place during a visit of Chancellor of Tehran University of Science and Culture Saeed Hashemi to Baku.

Chancellor of Khazar International University Hassan Niknafs signed the MoU with Saeed Hashemi.

Hashemi and his accompanying delegation are in Baku to attend the 25th International Caspian Sea Oil and Gas Exhibition-2018.

The MoU aims to promote and develop scientific cooperation between researchers and scientists of the two countries.
