Friday declared Eid al-Fitr in Iran

Wishing acceptance of worships and prayers of fasting Muslims in the blessed month of Ramadan, the statement declared that based on the reports by the authentic moon sighting centers, tomorrow (Friday) is Eid al-Fitr marking the end of the fasting month of Ramadan.

Eid al-Fitr is one of the major festivals in the Islamic culture which is observed by Muslims worldwide.

Other Muslim states including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Lebanon, Palestine, Kuwait, Oman and UAE have also announced Friday as Eid al-Fitr.
